Our work is made to order. Every print Machine Canvas produces is bespoke — designed, colour-matched and printed to your specification, using inks and materials ordered specifically for your job. Because of this, the following applies:
Quotes and enquiries through this site are completely free and place you under no obligation. We do not take card payments online. If you choose to go ahead, any deposit and payment terms are agreed with you directly before we begin work.
Once you have approved a quote and we have started designing, proofing, printing or installing your bespoke order, the agreed amount is payable, as personalised printed work cannot be returned, resold or reused.
Because each order is personalised and made to your specification, the 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once production has begun. If you cancel before we begin production, we retain only an amount that covers any design time and materials already committed.
None of the above limits your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If our work is faulty, not carried out with reasonable care and skill, or materially different from what was agreed, contact us and we will put it right — by re-doing or repairing the work, or by providing a refund where the law requires it.
